Favo Wallet Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Favo Wallet application, Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Favo Wallet ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Services are not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.

2. Services

Favo Wallet provides the following services:

  • Wallet Creation & Import: Create new wallets or import existing wallets using private keys or mnemonic phrases;
  • Token Management: View, send, and receive cryptocurrencies across supported blockchains;
  • Multi-Chain Support: Interact with multiple blockchain networks including Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Tron, Optimism, Arbitrum, and custom chains;
  • DEX Swap: Execute token swaps through integrated decentralized exchange aggregators;
  • DApp Browser: Access decentralized applications through the built-in browser.

3. Your Rights and Obligations

As a user of the Services, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your private keys and mnemonic phrases;
  • Provide accurate information when required for compliance purposes;
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws;
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services;
  • Accept sole responsibility for all activities conducted through your wallet.

4. Prohibited Actions

You may not use the Services to:

  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities;
  • Violate sanctions laws or regulations of any jurisdiction;
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Services in a manner that could harm other users.

5. Airdrop

From time to time, we may distribute tokens or digital assets ("Airdrops") to eligible users. Airdrops are provided at our sole discretion and do not constitute an offer of securities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Airdrop program without notice.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Favo Wallet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAVO WALLET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to incorrect addresses, network failures, or smart contract vulnerabilities.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Favo Wallet or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

11. Definitions

  • "Wallet" refers to the cryptocurrency wallet created or imported through the Services;
  • "Private Key" refers to the cryptographic key that provides access to and control over a wallet;
  • "Mnemonic Phrase" refers to the series of words used to back up and restore a wallet;
  • "DApp" refers to decentralized applications accessible through the Services;
  • "Token" refers to any cryptocurrency or digital asset supported by the Services.

12. Risk Warning

Cryptocurrency investments involve significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly;
  • Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws and regulations may affect the availability or legality of certain services;
  • Technology Risk: Smart contract vulnerabilities, network attacks, or software bugs may result in loss of funds;
  • Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.

You should only invest what you can afford to lose and seek professional advice before making investment decisions.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
